Sakagami Seisakusho Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) has established its own basic policy toward the protection of personal information under its understanding that it is an important social liability of an enterprise to be compliant with Personal Information Protection Law in Japan (hereinafter referred to as “PIP Law”)and handle any and all information pertaining to any name of customer, stake holder, our director and employee, their address, their telephone number, its E-mail address, etc. in a proper manner.

1.Utilization purpose of obtaining Personal Information

The company will: when obtaining any Personal Information about name, address, telephone number and E-mail address: identify the purpose of use thereof and obtain it to the extent it becomes necessary and through a lawful and fair manner.

2.Handling of Personal Information

The company will never use any Personal Information obtained pursuant to the Clause 1. for any purpose beyond the purpose of use without obtaining a prior consent from the relevant individual. The company shall implement safety measures in a suitable manner to prevent any and all Personal Information from being accessed in an unauthorized manner, from being lost, damaged, altered, or leaked, etc.

3.Provision of any Personal Information to any Third Party

The Company shall never provide any and all Personal Information obtained pursuant to the Clause 1. above to any other third party, except disclosure implemented by laws and regulation, without obtaining prior consent from the relevant individual.

4.Requests for alteration and disclosure

Any individual may request the company to alter or disclose any and all Personal Information when any individual request the company to alter or disclose own Personal Information. The company will verify the identity of the individual and promptly handle the Personal Information.

5.Controls of outsourced information

The company shall strictly control and observe the outsourced Personal Information to be handled by a third party to conserve Personal Information from being accessed in an unauthorized manner.
